Hey, I'm Teodora
Have you ever felt like life is moving too fast, leaving you overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself? I know that feeling all too well.
For years, I pushed through life, always doing, always striving—until my own breath taught me something profound: true strength comes from stillness, clarity, and presence.
Breathwork wasn’t just a technique I learned; it was something that changed me from the inside out. It gave me the tools to manage stress, regain focus, and, most importantly, feel at home within myself.
With a background in psychology and extensive training in BreathMastery and Oxygen Advantage, I’ve spent years studying how breath influences not just the body, but the mind and emotions. I’ve learned from some of the best, including Dan Brulé and Patrick McKeown, and my mission is simple: to help you tap into your breath as a source of strength, clarity, and transformation.

In today’s world, we constantly chase after so many things, often forgetting ourselves in the process. Sometimes, we just need to pause for a moment, take a deep breath in and out, to calm down and restore balance. But even that requires practice!
Learning to breathe properly isn’t something we’re taught, and I experienced this firsthand in the breathwork workshop—almost like being reborn. The breathing exercises taught me to listen to my body, allow emotions to flow freely, regain control over myself, and rediscover my body in a new way. They helped me process the past and navigate the present with greater harmony.
